Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are looking for a smart, motivated, and growth-driven individual to join our team as a Sales Officer in full-time job.

Responsibilities:

Builds business by identifying and selling prospects; maintaining relationships with clients.
Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options.
Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions.
Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; and recommending profit and service improvements.
Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, benchmarking state-of-the-art practices, and participating in professional societies.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Prepare quotation/proposal/tender in coordination with the immediate reporting manager.

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 2 years

Other Specification

Must have completed a Bachelor's Degree (Preference for specialization in Sales & Marketing) experience of 2 years in a similar field is required
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Strong ability to multitask, organize, and prioritize work
Must have a two-wheeler with a license.

Salary and benefits:

CTC of Rs. 37,000.00 including SSF, Dashain Bonus, and Leave compensation.
Benefits of fuel and attractive incentives shall be provided additionally.
