Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

Identify potential customers and generate new business opportunities.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Promote and sell products or services to clients.
Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers
Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback.
Maintain long-term relationships with key clients.
Conduct market research to understand industry trends and customer preferences.
Analyse competitors’ strategies and suggest improvements.
Identify potential sales opportunities and untapped markets.
Maintain records of sales, customer interactions, and follow-ups.
Prepare and submit sales reports to management.
Use CRM software to track leads and sales progress.
Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue.
Work closely with the marketing team to support sales efforts.
Participate in promotional campaigns, trade shows, and events.
Work with other departments (marketing, customer support, etc.) to improve sales processes.
Provide training and support to junior sales team members if required.follow up for target
