Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute effective marketing strategies to promote the institution’s VET programs in Nepal.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with local education agents, partners, and stakeholders.
• Conduct market research to identify potential students and explore untapped opportunities.
• Organize promotional events, webinars, and workshops to showcase course offerings.
• Provide comprehensive guidance to prospective students about courses, admissions, and career opportunities.
• Work closely with the onshore marketing team to align strategies and achieve common goals.
• Oversee agent onboarding, training, and relationship management.
• Collaborate effectively with other marketing and admission staff.
• Ensure a consistent pipeline of quality student applications.

Qualifications and Skills :

• Education level – Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Experience : 2 years in a related field (preferred but not mandatory)
• Familiarity with the international education industry is preferred but not mandatory.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital marketing tools.
