Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and driven Sales and Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing our social media and digital marketing efforts, as well as conducting offline marketing activities by visiting companies, schools, colleges, and other key partners. This role requires a creative thinker with excellent communication skills and a passion for travel and tourism

Responsibilities

Digital Marketing:

• Create and manage engaging social media content across various platforms.
• Optimize website content for SEO to improve search engine rankings.
• Design and execute digital advertising campaigns to attract and retain clients.
• Analyze social media marketing metrics and adjust strategies to improve performance.

Offline Marketing:

• Visit companies, schools, and colleges to promote our tour packages and vehicle rental services.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with key partners, including hotels, IT companies, restaurants, NGOs, trekking groups, event management companies, and casinos.
• Conduct presentations and meetings to showcase our offerings and tailor services to meet clients' needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 2-3 years for experience in travel and tours industries
• Proven experience in social media management.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Proficiency in using marketing tools and software.
