Job Description

Sales & Marketing Office in In-Vitro Diagnostic Business, the primary responsibilities will be to promote and sell the company’s range of diagnostic products to Laboratory/Medical Professionals, Healthcare Institutions, and other Potential Customers.

Requirement and qualification of Sales & Marketing Officer – IVD

  • Minimum Academic Qualification- Bachelor’s Degree in Science ( Preferable- B.Sc. in Biochemistry/Microbiology/Biotechnology)
  • Minimum requirement of 1-2 years of experience in Sales and Marketing and/or Business Management in IVD Business.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent in working with and influencing other people.
  • Ability to interact amicably with employees at all levels in the organization.
  • Ability to demonstrate initiative, flexibility, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to have effective decision-making and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent skills of sales and negotiation.
  • Ability to consult and negotiate within the team and with the customers.
  • Attitude of strong work ethic and ability to work responsibly at minimum supervision.


  • To Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies and promote the company’s products and services.
  • To conduct market research and identify customer needs and preferences, and keep up to date with industry trends.
  • To maintain and build relationships with key customers, including hospitals, clinics and laboratories.
  • To create and deliver presentations and demonstrations of products to potential customers.
  • To generate new business leads and follow up on those generated by marketing activities.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals with customers.
  • Collaborate with the product development team to ensure the company’s products meet the customer’s needs and expectations.
  • To provide ongoing support to customers, including training, troubleshooting, and addressing any customer concerns.
  • Attend industry conferences and trade shows to promote the company’s products and services.
  • To keep and maintain accurate sales activities, customer interactions, and market trends.

Successful candidates should have a strong background in sales and marketing, as well as experience in the healthcare industry, preferably in the In-Vitro Diagnostic Business. Successful candidates should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be highly organized, and be able to work independently as well as part of a team.
