Roles and responsibilities of this job

Sales & Marketing Office in In-Vitro Diagnostic Business, the primary responsibilities will be to promote and sell the company’s range of diagnostic products to Laboratory/Medical Professionals, Healthcare Institutions, and other Potential Customers.

Requirement and qualification of Sales & Marketing Officer – IVD

Minimum Academic Qualification- Bachelor’s Degree in Science ( Preferable- B.Sc. in Biochemistry/Microbiology/Biotechnology)
Minimum requirement of 1-2 years of experience in Sales and Marketing and/or Business Management in IVD Business.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent in working with and influencing other people.
Ability to interact amicably with employees at all levels in the organization.
Ability to demonstrate initiative, flexibility, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to have effective decision-making and problem-solving skills.
Excellent skills of sales and negotiation.
Ability to consult and negotiate within the team and with the customers.
Attitude of strong work ethic and ability to work responsibly at minimum supervision.

Duties

To Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies and promote the company’s products and services.
To conduct market research and identify customer needs and preferences, and keep up to date with industry trends.
To maintain and build relationships with key customers, including hospitals, clinics and laboratories.
To create and deliver presentations and demonstrations of products to potential customers.
To generate new business leads and follow up on those generated by marketing activities.
Negotiate contracts and close deals with customers.
Collaborate with the product development team to ensure the company’s products meet the customer’s needs and expectations.
To provide ongoing support to customers, including training, troubleshooting, and addressing any customer concerns.
Attend industry conferences and trade shows to promote the company’s products and services.
To keep and maintain accurate sales activities, customer interactions, and market trends.

Successful candidates should have a strong background in sales and marketing, as well as experience in the healthcare industry, preferably in the In-Vitro Diagnostic Business. Successful candidates should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be highly organized, and be able to work independently as well as part of a team.
