Job Description

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's preferably master's degree in business with a major in marketing.
  • Experience as Sales/Marketing Manager in real estate business or related field
  • Own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license.
  • Age preference (30 +)
  • Candidate must be proficient in the MS Office package
  • Candidate Must have fluent communication skills in English and Nepali

Responsibilities:

  • Establishing, promoting and maintaining company’s brand to generate business.
  • Costing of projects based on market feedback and information.
  • Carry out surveys to spot out the price of competing properties on the housing/apartments
  • Research and analyze sales/purchase options and new business opportunities
  • Plan Marketing campaigns, ATL, BTL, Digital
  • Closing sales deals with clients in the field as well as office
  • Scheduling for client site visits and allocating site staffs
  • Responsible for leading sales and marketing team to reach targets and audit team.
