• Visiting construction sites and getting new project leads for the company
• Explaining our product portfolio to potential clients
• Setting appointment with project head
• Converting potential leads into sales
• Looking for new projects leads in markets
• Handing over said leads to designated personnel
• Meet with other dealers in the field and explain our product portfolio to them
• Appoint new dealers, both inside and outside the Valley
• Appoint dealers for our company’s products
• Contributing to the development of marketing strategies
• Designing and implementing marketing plans for company products
• Tracking sales data to ensure the company meets sales quotas
• Creating and presenting sales performance reports
• Contacting potential and existing customers on the phone, per email, and in person
• Handling customer questions, inquiries, and complaints
• Preparing and sending quotes and proposals
• Meeting monthly and quarterly sales targets

The Candidate will be responsible for On Field Marketing (i.e., visiting all visible construction sites and setting appointment with the procurement in-charge or project heads. The candidate will be rewarded on the number of sales that are generated through him. Appointing new Dealers for the company. The candidate must be fluent in English and Nepali (Written and Spoken), as well as be well versed and have prior experience in On Field Marketing or Sales and Marketing Experience in related Field.
