Job Description

SRK Service Apartment and Hotel is seeking an experienced Sales & Marketing Manager to lead and manage the sales, marketing, and revenue generation strategies for our property. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing staff activities, ensuring smooth operations across all online booking platforms, and driving business growth. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills and a solid background in the hospitality and tourism industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the day-to-day sales and marketing activities of the hotel, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently by the team.
  • Ensure final and accurate entry of property details, availability, pricing, and promotions on online booking portals such as Booking.com, TripAdvisor, Expedia, Agoda, and others.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with travel agencies, corporate clients, and online travel agents (OTAs).
  • Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, online visibility, and customer engagement.
  • Liaise with key partners, including travel agencies, booking apps, and software providers, to establish successful business tie-ups and collaborations.
  • Identify new ways to expand existing client base.
  • Actively solicit business for meetings and events that require guest rooms with meeting space.
  • Drive revenue generation by optimizing room rates, promotions, and package deals to maximize occupancy and profitability.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, competitors, and customer feedback to adapt marketing and sales strategies accordingly.
  • Lead the creation of promotional materials, social media campaigns, and other marketing initiatives to attract potential customers & represent hotels in various events and exhibitions.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by maintaining a consistent and excellent guest experience across all touchpoints.
  • Develop business growth plans and track performance against key sales and marketing targets.
  • Prepare regular reports on marketing performance, bookings, revenue, and key performance indicators (KPIs) for senior management.
  • Executes and supports the operational aspects of business booked (e.g. CVGR, generating proposal, Corporate Rate Application letter, writing contract, customer correspondence).
  • Closely following up on all business leads within a 24-hour response time line to clients.
