Education:

  • Minimum 10+2 standard or bachelor qualification.

Experience: Past experiences in orthopedic surgical implants and equipment’s.

Key skills:

  • Dynamic and excellent interpersonal skills
  • Common IT skills viz. Email, MS Excel, Power Pont, Word etc.

  • Should be able to speak English, Nepali and Hindi. 
  • Should be able to work under pressure and on odd hours.

NOTE: 

  • Candidates should possess own vehicle (two wheeler) with valid driving license
  • Willing to travel outside Kathmandu valley to various province whenever if may require.

Job Description

  • We are looking for a competitive, trustworthy and ambitious Sales and Marketing Executive to help us build up our business activities and expand our clientele. 
  • You will be the front of the company and will have the dedication to discover and purse new sales prospects, negotiate deals and maintain customer satisfaction. 
  • The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with Hospital’ Staff, Our Channel Partners and Hospital Consultants.

Responsibilities

  • Establishing long-term strategic relationships with important doctors, KOLs, BMEs and Hospital Purchase Heads through meetings and networking.
  • Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.
  • Promote our range of Medical Equipment addressing and predicting clients’ objectives.
  • Actively seek out new sales opportunities through on location cold calling to the Hospitals.
  • Achieving sales targets.
  • Manage all leads, opportunities and customers to negotiate/close deals and handle complaints and objections.
  • Communicate and collaborate between sales, marketing, and support teams to improve customer experience.
  • Planning and organizing marketing events & activities.
  • Attending trade exhibitions, conferences and meetings.
  • Develop and train entry level staff into valuable salespeople.
  • Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.
  • Must have own vehicle (two wheeler) and valid driving license.
