Job Description

The Candidate will be responsible for both, Retail Sales as well as for handling our social media and other Marketing Campaigns. The candidate must be fluent in English and Nepali (Written and Spoken), as well as be well versed and have prior experience in Retail Sales as well as Online Marketing. 

  • Contributing to the development of marketing strategies.
  • Conducting market research on rival products.
  • Designing and implementing marketing plans for company products.
  • Working with the sales team to develop targeted sales strategies.
  • Answering client queries about product specifications and uses.
  • Maintaining client relations.
  • Tracking sales data to ensure the company meets sales quotas.
  • Creating and presenting sales performance reports.
  • Contacting potential and existing customers on the phone, per email, and in person.
  • Handling customer questions, inquiries, and complaints.
  • Preparing and sending quotes and proposals.
  • Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
