Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

Conduct training sessions, workshops.
Evaluate participants' skills and knowledge gaps; provide one-on-one coaching and feedback.
Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and technologies in sales and marketing.
Incorporate industry best practices and emerging trends into training programs.
Coordinate training schedules and logistics, ensuring participants are informed.
Maintain accurate records of training attendance, performance, and outcomes.
Managing the sales, marketing, and administrative functions of the company.
Managing client relationships.
Maintaining records and databases.

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than or equal to 2 years

Other Specification

Must have a Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Nepali
Demonstrated ability to manage projects from inception to completion
Strong organization, planning, and execution skills
A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or administration
Experience in Human Resources is a plus
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent attention to detail and the ability to multitask
