Job Description

1. Educational Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field and a Master’s Degree is preferable.

2. Work Experience

  • Experience in Sales (usually 2-5 years), including both B2B (Business-to-Business) and B2C (Business-to-Consumer) sales environments in electrical fields.
  • Experience in Marketing (2-5 years), especially in developing and executing marketing campaigns.
  • Experience working with sales teams, understanding sales strategies, and developing sales collateral.
  • Experience in customer relationship management (CRM).

3. Skills

  • Sales Techniques: Knowledge of sales strategies, including consultative selling, cold calling, and closing techniques.
  • Marketing Strategy: Ability to plan and execute effective marketing campaigns, both digital and traditional.
  • Market Research: Ability to analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities to inform sales and marketing strategies.
  • Negotiation Skills: Ability to negotiate with clients and close deals effectively.
  • Digital Marketing: Knowledge of digital marketing tactics like WhatsApp, Telecommunication, email marketing, social media marketing, and content marketing.
  • Branding and Positioning: Ability to define and position a brand in the marketplace to increase awareness and attract customers.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, especially for presentations, proposals, and sales pitches both in English and Nepali.
  • Data Analysis: Ability to analyze marketing performance data (e.g., sales data) to make informed decisions and optimize campaigns.
  • Social Media Expertise: Familiarity with platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and TikTok for business and lead generation.

4. Technical Skills

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Proficiency with Tally and Procee (Accounting Software)

5. Personal Attributes

  • Persuasiveness: Strong ability to persuade and influence potential clients or customers.
  • Resilience and Tenacity: Ability to handle rejection and continue pursuing sales goals.

  •  Fluency in multiple languages can be beneficial, especially in English and Nepal language.
