- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field and a Master’s Degree is preferable.
2. Work Experience
- Experience in Sales (usually 2-5 years), including both B2B (Business-to-Business) and B2C (Business-to-Consumer) sales environments in electrical fields.
- Experience in Marketing (2-5 years), especially in developing and executing marketing campaigns.
- Experience working with sales teams, understanding sales strategies, and developing sales collateral.
- Experience in customer relationship management (CRM).

- Marketing Strategy: Ability to plan and execute effective marketing campaigns, both digital and traditional.

- Negotiation Skills: Ability to negotiate with clients and close deals effectively.
- Digital Marketing: Knowledge of digital marketing tactics like WhatsApp, Telecommunication, email marketing, social media marketing, and content marketing.
- Branding and Positioning: Ability to define and position a brand in the marketplace to increase awareness and attract customers.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, especially for presentations, proposals, and sales pitches both in English and Nepali.
- Data Analysis: Ability to analyze marketing performance data (e.g., sales data) to make informed decisions and optimize campaigns.
- Social Media Expertise: Familiarity with platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and TikTok for business and lead generation.

- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
