Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

The post holder has the responsibility of assisting the superiors in formulation of the sales proposition, project brief and costing of projects based on market feedback and information. He shall have to work with agents, vendors, to establish connection for the business.

Responsibilities:

Achieving full sales by advertising, conducting tours, drafting necessary paper works, negotiating land price.
Promoting tech services of the company through marketing initiatives, and maintaining social media presence.
Managing overall sales and marketing activities that include market research, analysis of sales and marketing trend, and advertising and marketing promotional events.
Determine clients’ needs and financials abilities to propose solutions that suit them Intermediate negotiation processes, consult clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements and related matters, ensuring a fair and honest dealing.
Confident communicator with strong analytical and project/budget management skills.
Capability of working independently, taking initiative, and being part of a team working collaboratively.
Computer literacy, including a strong proficiency of Microsoft Office.
