Simultaneously, another branch named Bagmati Gas Suppliers was established in Kathmandu to cater the needs and demands of the Capital’s market. Bagmati Gas Suppliers dealt with Hydropower Projects viz. Trishuli, Madhya Marsyangdi, Bhotekoshi, Chili me, etc. Bagmati Gas Suppliers solely supplied the gases and were the major suppliers of Welding equipments to all the projects. After reaching the heights and specializing in the gases industries completely, Bagmati Commercial Pvt Ltd (BCPL) was found in August 2015 with the motto of Complete supplies of Welding Equipments, Tools & Tackles, Water Pumps, Safety Equipments, WASH construction materials and other specialized items under the tagline of “Bridging the Gaps … ” for complete ind us try building projects and construction projects.

Job Description

Bagmati Commercial is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager for our retail outlet. As the Sales Manager (Retail), you will be responsible for driving sales and managing the day-to-day operations of our retail store. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in retail sales, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and approach potential customers through various channels and retail counter(calling, networking, referrals, etc.).
  • Oversee the daily operations of the retail store, including inventory management, customer service, staff scheduling and report low inventory to management.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new client professionally.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Understand customer needs and provide solutions to meet their requirements professionally.
  • Negotiate pricing and contract terms to close deals with coordination of management.
  • Demonstrate product features, benefits, and usage to customers professionally.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including inventory control, cash handling, and store security.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and competitors' activities to identify new sales opportunities and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Maintain a strong knowledge of all showroom products, pricing, and promotions.
