We are seeking dynamic, result-oriented Sales Managers to lead and expand our medical and healthcare equipment business across Nepal. The ideal candidates will have strong experience in medical equipment sales, hospital networking, tender handling, and team leadership, with a passion for driving business growth in the healthcare sector.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective sales strategies for medical devices and healthcare equipment.
Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve and exceed assigned targets.
Build and maintain strong professional relationships with hospitals, clinics, doctors, and healthcare professionals.
Identify new business opportunities, projects, tenders, and partnerships.
Prepare and analyze sales forecasts, reports, and market intelligence.
Coordinate with technical, service, and logistics teams to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.
Represent the company in client meetings, exhibitions, trade shows, and healthcare events.
Monitor competitor activities and market trends to support strategic decision-making.

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 3 years

Other Specification

Bachelor’s degree in Management, Marketing, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree will be an added advantage).
3–5 years of proven experience in medical devices or healthcare equipment sales.
Strong understanding of hospital procurement processes, tenders, and distributor networks.
Demonstrated leadership, negotiation, and team management skills.
Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building abilities.
Valid driving license with willingness to travel across Nepal as required.
