Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales strategy and drive revenue growth. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in sales leadership, business development, and client relationship management. S/he will be responsible for identifying new opportunities, building and nurturing partnerships, and achieving ambitious sales targets. Working closely with our marketing and product teams, s/he will ensure that Maatri’s offerings reach the right customers and create a meaningful impact in transforming education in Nepal.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve company revenue and growth targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and markets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with schools, educators, and institutional clients.
  • Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to deliver exceptional results.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to guide product positioning and sales initiatives.
  • Set sales goals, track performance, and present regular sales reports to leadership.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop campaigns, materials, and strategies that drive sales.
  • Represent Maatri at events, conferences, and meetings to strengthen brand visibility.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent account management and follow-ups.
