Key Responsibilities: 

• Recruit, train, coach, and manage a high-performing sales team 
• Create and implement strategies to achieve sales growth 
• Monitor and analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement 
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships with existing and potential customers 
• Identify new market opportunities and propose strategies to capitalize on them 
• Analyze market trends and provide input for product development and improvement 
• Prepare and present sales forecasts and reports to upper management
