We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Manager to lead our sales department. This role involves managing a growing sales team, refining processes, setting revenue targets, and unlocking new business opportunities across various industry sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Business Development Officers.
Design and implement strategic sales plans to achieve growth and revenue targets.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates for management review.
Collaborate with marketing to align campaigns with lead generation and conversion efforts.
Conduct regular training sessions to upskill the sales team.
Maintain deep knowledge of our services and market trends.

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Graduate (Masters)

Required Experience:More than 6 years

Other Specification

Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
Minimum 6-7 years of sales experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
Experience in B2B tech, SaaS, or service sales is highly preferred.
Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
