Experience : 4+ years of experience in the sales of services/goods. Experience in Bank and Financial Institution in Digital Banking or Fintech Sales would be an added advantage.

Job Details: Sales Manager is a contractual position, to be confirmed upon satisfactory completion of performance as per company’s policy

Education : Master’s degree in management from recognized university.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets,
  • Monitor market trends, competitive analysis, and agent/merchant preferences to adapt strategies accordingly,
  • Lead and manage the sales team, providing guidance, coaching, and performance evaluations to ensure high levels of motivation and achievement,
  • Act as a liaison between sales and other departments, ensuring seamless communication and coordination between each other,
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing agents/merchants, addressing their needs and ensuring their loyalty to the company,
  • Rapidly expand the Agent and Merchant network in the targeted areas and achieve the sales targets,
  • Analyze sales performance data and generate reports to provide insights and recommendations for improving sales strategies,
  • Generate revenue and sales by implementing necessary strategies and meeting sales targets and expectations, 
  • Support/manage/guide existing Institutional clients with the best possible solution,
  • Manage sustainable growth of the business and suggest for changes in the business strategy based on market condition/feedback and ensure the targets are met and exceeded, 
  • Conduct agents meet/ merchants meet and disseminate product information, business opportunities and growth potential to the agents and merchants for their sustainability and growth,
  • Responsible for negotiating contracts to arrive at the best deal for the client and organization,
  • Any other jobs assigned from time to time by Chief Business.
