  • Experience: At least 3-5+ years of experience in B2B sales strategy with a good amount of sales volume in his/her lifetime.
  • Education: Bachelor’s in Business, Marketing, or any related field.
  • Leadership & Team Management: Proven ability to recruit, mentor, and motivate; history of meeting or exceeding team targets.
  • Market Research & Analysis: Skilled at conducting research, interpreting sales metrics, and turning data into action.
  • Technical Acumen: Familiarity with EV Space, Solar panels, BESS, inverters, or electronic-related products; able to translate specs into business value.
  • Tools & Technology: Proficient with CRM platforms, e.g., Salesforce, sales dashboards, and Excel; experience with lead-gen tools and social media is a plus.
  • Personal Attributes: Highly organized, self-driven, results-oriented; willing to travel within Kathmandu Valley (and occasionally beyond); strong problem-solving skills; thrives in a fast-paced start-up.

Job Description

  • Client Acquisition & Relationship Management: Generate leads through On-site visits, Social Media, and other channels. Mostly, you have to go visit different on-site locations to build a relationship with the client.
  • Sales Strategy & Execution: Create and implement sales plans for selling EV charging stations. Set targets, forecasts, and performance metrics.
  • Team Leadership & Development: Recruit, train, and motivate a high-performing sales team. Provide coaching, set clear goals, and foster a collaborative culture.
  • Market Research & Analysis: Monitor industry trends, competitor pricing, and regulatory changes. Analyze sales data and customer feedback to uncover opportunities and improve processes.
  • Sales Operations & Reporting: Manage CRM and sales-tracking tools to keep an accurate pipeline. Prepare weekly and monthly reports, and share insights with senior management. Coordinate with supply chain, logistics, and after-sales teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
  • Deal Closure & Contract Negotiation: Lead negotiations, draft proposals, and close contracts. Collaborate with legal and finance to finalize terms, ensure import compliance, and secure favorable payment conditions.
