Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager with a background in dermatology to lead and grow our sales team. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of skincare products, strong sales and leadership skills, and the ability to build relationships with dermatologists, clinics, pharmacies, and retailers.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.
Leverage dermatology knowledge to educate clients and guide the sales team on product benefits and clinical value.
Identify new business opportunities and build long-term customer relationships.
Manage and train the sales team to ensure consistent performance and growth.
Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to align sales strategies with brand goals.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales tactics.
Conduct presentations, product demos, and training sessions for medical professionals and partners.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company standards.

Other Specification

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Dermatology, Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or related field (Medical background preferred).
Proven experience (3+ years) in sales or business development in the skincare, pharmaceutical, or cosmetic industry.
Strong understanding of dermatological products and treatments.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Ability to travel for client meetings, conferences, and team supervision.
Strong analytical and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

BBA/MBA or additional certification in Sales/Marketing is a plus.
Prior experience in launching or scaling skincare/dermatology brands is highly desirable.
Network of dermatologists or skincare professionals is a strong advantage.
