Job Summary:

The Sales Manager is responsible for leading and managing the sales team to achieve revenue targets,
develop new business opportunities, and build strong relationships with customers. This role involves strategic planning, market research, team leadership, and performance analysis to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales Strategy and Planning:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Set sales goals and objectives for the team.

2. Team Management and Leadership:

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to enhance performance.
