Job Description

Job Overview:

As our Sales Manager, you will be the face of ARKO, responsible for handling all online inquiries on social media, converting those inquiries into sales, managing stock levels, and ensuring a seamless in-store experience for our customers. You will also oversee day-to-day operations at the store.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage Online Inquiries: Monitor and respond to all customer inquiries on social media platforms in a timely and professional manner.
  • Sales Conversion: Engage with potential customers, provide product information, and convert inquiries into sales by highlighting the unique features and benefits of ARKO products.
  • In- Store: Be present at our store and assist customers with product selections, providing an happy shopping experience. Handle cash and card payments, refunds, and exchanges.
  • Stock: Regularly check stock levels to ensure accurate inventory information is available for customers and the team.
  • Product Familiarization: Develop a deep understanding of ARKO’s product range, including materials, sizing, styles, and unique selling points to effectively assist customers and provide accurate information.
  • Reporting: Provide regular reports on social media engagement, sales conversion rates, and customer feedback to help inform strategic decisions.

Requirements:

  • Passion for fashion and enthusiasm for working with a premium clothing brand.
  • Proven sales experience, ideally in retail or online platforms.
  • Strong knowledge and familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, etc.).
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with customers.
  • Ability to multi-task and manage both online and in-store sales.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage stock and operations.
  • A positive attitude and a drive to contribute to ARKO’s growth.
