Position Overview: We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead
our real estate sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and
implementing effective sales strategies, managing the sales team, and ensuring the achievement
of sales targets. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership abilities, a deep understanding
of the real estate market, and a proven track record in sales management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handling Leads: Handling leads and assigning to the particular by understanding the nature of leads according to area wise agents.
- Follow up: Maintaining strong follow up with the agents and clients unless thedeal is happened.
- Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies toachieve company objectives. Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive activities to refine sales plans and identify growth opportunities.
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team, providing guidance,training, and support to ensure they meet or exceed sales targets. Conduct regular performance reviews, set individual sales goals, and foster a high-performance culture.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with keyclients, investors, and partners. Ensure exceptional service delivery, address client concerns promptly, and capitalize on opportunities to expand the client base.
- Sales Process Optimization: Streamline the sales process to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Implement best practices for lead generation, prospecting, client engagement, and closing deals. Monitor and report on sales performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Market Research: Stay informed about market developments, property values, andemerging trends. Conduct regular market research and analysis to provide strategic advice to the sales team and adjust sales tactics accordingly.
- Budget Management: Oversee the sales budget, ensuring that resources are allocated efficiently to achieve the highest return on investment. Monitor expenses and revenue to ensure alignment with financial goals.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing,finance, and operations, to ensure alignment of sales efforts with overall company goals. Coordinate with marketing teams to develop promotional campaigns and materials that support sales initiatives.
- Compliance and Reporting: Ensure that all sales activities comply with legal regulations and company policies. Prepare and present regular sales reports to senior management, highlighting key metrics, challenges, and opportunities.
