As a Sales Manager at Shasheela Motors, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals, developing sales strategies, and fostering a high-performance culture within the sales department. Your primary objective will be to achieve sales targets, maximize revenue, and uphold the company's reputation for excellence in customer service.

Responsibilities:

Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve individual and team targets.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market reach.
Ensure the delivery of exceptional customer service at all touchpoints, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
Monitor sales performance metrics, analyze data, and implement corrective measures as needed to achieve sales targets.
Collaborate with the inventory management team to optimize stock levels and ensure availability of desired vehicles.
Stay abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations in all sales activities.
Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and other relevant metrics for management review.

Requirements:

Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve targets.
Demonstrated track record of success in driving sales growth and exceeding targets.
Proficiency in sales management software and CRM systems.
In-depth knowledge of automotive products, industry trends, and customer preferences.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Note : Preference shall be given to candidates having 4 wheeler with valid driving license.
