Job Description

3-5 years of proven experience in sales, preferably in the e-commerce sector.
Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Experience in the e-commerce industry is essential.
Previous exposure to the OTA, hospitality, or travel sector will be considered a significant advantage.
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives.
Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to consistently deliver high-performance results.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
Provide regular market feedback to the management team for product and service enhancements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless coordination between sales, marketing, and operations.
Contribute to the development and execution of marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition and retention.
Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to the senior management team.
