Experience: 10yrs to 15yrs as Sales Professional Atleast 5-7yrs in Managerial post as Sales Manager (Preferable from Realstate background experience)

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking abilities.

Job Description

  • Lead and manage the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand the customer base and increase market share.
  • Mentor and train sales team members, providing guidance on sales techniques, market trends, and product knowledge.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders,  to enhance sales opportunities.
  • Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Collaborate with marketing and other departments to develop effective sales strategies and campaigns.
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
