  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Computer literate, knowledge in Microsoft applications a must
  • Applicants with driving license and own vehicle (two wheeler) is mandatory

Job Description

  • Acquire new commercial, industrial and institutional projects by developingn relationships with contractors, builders, owners, facility manager and management companies
  • Establish and maintain strong rapport with dealers, contractors, and consultants to promote sales of AC & VRV
  • Perform site surveys, estimate, prepare and propose consultative sales solutions to meet the customers’ needs. 
  • Preparation of quotations, costings and technical data to provide to customers
  • Negotiate, estimate, bid, propose and close contracts at qualified margins and handover to project operation team
  • Acquires, maintains, and develops sufficient qualified dealers or accounts in the assigned territory
  • Prepare sales and delivery order, update delivery schedule and ensure goods are delivered on schedule
  • Attend site meetings, customer complaints and subsequently coordinate andfollow up with internal departments to resolve issues
  • Overseeing the operation of the showroom to ensure it is running smoothly and efficiently
  • Creating and updating sales forecast and managing inventory accordingly
  • Achieve sales goals on a monthly, quarterly and yearly
