Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

Acquire new commercial, industrial and institutional projects by developingn relationships with contractors, builders, owners, facility manager and management companies
Establish and maintain strong rapport with dealers, contractors, and consultants to promote sales of AC & VRV
Perform site surveys, estimate, prepare and propose consultative sales solutions to meet the customers’ needs.
Preparation of quotations, costings and technical data to provide to customers
Negotiate, estimate, bid, propose and close contracts at qualified margins and handover to project operation team
Acquires, maintains, and develops sufficient qualified dealers or accounts in the assigned territory
Prepare sales and delivery order, update delivery schedule and ensure goods are delivered on schedule
Attend site meetings, customer complaints and subsequently coordinate andfollow up with internal departments to resolve issues
Overseeing the operation of the showroom to ensure it is running smoothly and efficiently
Creating and updating sales forecast and managing inventory accordingly
Achieve sales goals on a monthly, quarterly and yearly

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than or equal to 5 years

Other Specification

Bachelor’s Degree in Management preferred, Bachelors in engineering with sales experience could also apply.
At least 5 years of experience in air conditioner/VRV/VRF sales
Must be experienced in B2B sales
Strong salesmanship, customer oriented and results-focused
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Computer literate, knowledge in Microsoft applications a must
Applicants with driving license and own vehicle (two wheeler) is mandatory
High priority will be given to local area candidates
