Job Description

  • Identifying opportunities for new business development through following up on leads and conducting research on target customers
  • Develop sales forecasts & reports
  • Supervise the Sales team
  • Make a strong sales strategy for the business expansion of the company
  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships cliental base by partnering with them and understanding their needs
  • Ensuring the Sales target is met within the specific timeline and motivating the team in order to achieve all set targets of the company
  • Setting weekly and monthly activity  and revenue targets for the team and driving them to achieve these
  • Provide regular reports on sales performance and market trends to senior management
  • Analyze sales figures and market trends to identify potential opportunities
