Job Description

The Sales Manager will be responsible for maintaining excellent public relations with our dealers, managing our sales staff, and achieving the sales targets set by the company. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to increase revenue and market shares.

Responsibilities:

  • Identifying opportunities for new business development through following up on leads and conducting research on target customers.
  • Managing the sales process to close new business opportunities
  • Setting weekly and monthly activity  and revenue targets for the team and driving them to achieve these
  • Provide regular reports on sales performance and market trends to senior management
  • Analyze sales figures and market trends to identify potential opportunities
  • Prepares and presents proposals to our clients/vendors for better offers
  • Develop the strategic market approach and business case for new offerings.
  • Utilizes appropriate company resources as per the resources plan to provide product marketing support
  • Monitor and report on competitors activity and suggest alternate plans to be ahead with the competitors
  • Develop  and implement promotional campaigns to increase brand awareness and to achieve the targets
