Job Description

A Sales Manager is responsible for the sale of a business’ products or services in a specified region or geographical area)

Responsibilities:

  • Provides ongoing support to promote and distribute Good Bricks System
  • Ensure and achieve profitable growth in sales, revenue through planning, execution and management of daily work
  • Should be able to show a growth strategy
  • Design a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and implement the plan to ensure its strong presence
  • Build strong, long-lasting customer relationships and understand their needs
  • Present sales, revenue and expenses report and realistic forecast
  • Identify emerging market opportunity while being fully aware of the market situation and competition status
  • Thinking Strategically, seeing the bigger picture in order to develop and improve business
  • Follow up with entrepreneur and brick kiln owner setting up meeting to communicate technology
  • Identifying and mapping business strengths and customer needs
  • Contacting potential clients to establish rapport, arrange meetings and ensure sales conversion
