Hulas Wire Industries was incorporated about 4 decades ago. We specialize in different divisions of non-ferrous metals being Steel, Copper and Copper/Brass/Nickel Silver/PB alloys. Steel Copper and Tmt are the three main divisions of Hulas wire. 

Along with growing our company, our vision is also to always grow ourselves and the nation with us. To be able to create a reality that felt unreal for Nepal but is true, yet “too good to be true”.

Job Description

  • Prepares and completes marketing action plan.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies
  • Develop sales and distribution policies that reflect the organization’s goals.
  • Ensure compliance with targets by means of daily/weekly/monthly reviews
  • Accomplishes marketing and sales team objectives by coaching the employees.
  • Achieves marketing and sales operational objectives by contributing marketing and sales information.
  • Accomplishes marketing and sales objectives by planning, developing, implementing, and evaluating advertisements.
  • Direct the Sales team in generating proposals that define a clear path to client satisfaction and revenue growth.
  • Identifies marketing opportunities by understanding consumer requirements.
  • Provides information by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.
  • Establish customer relationship management (CRM) systems and guidelines to manage customer relationships.
  • Investigate factors impacting sales performance.
  • Competitor analysis for the business opportunities.
  • Participate in events and festivals to keep abreast of new changes in the industry and practices.
  • Review sales performance by analyzing performance reports.
  • Other responsibilities are instructed by the management.
