Development of business model, strategies and implementation plan for different brands
Generate sales of company products in the country through a team of sales officers in order to achieve or exceed the annual sales targets.
Conduct regular market visits to check route coverage, competitor activity and continuously search for new opportunities in order to increase sales in the region.
Develop and maintain an efficient distribution network to ensure the comprehensive availability of company’s products and services across the region to achieve or exceed the sales targets.
Responsible for monitoring daily activities of area sales manager, territory sales officers and distributors, ensuring they are managing their stock levels and following daily routes to serve retailers.
Provide leadership and training to the sales team and solve their genuine problems.
Committing a monthly sales target model wise of each distributor at the beginning of each month and review that plan. Maintaining an updated data base of retailers and competitor’s activities.
Proper execution of promotional plans at RD level, retailer’s level and ensure promotional volume targets are achieved as per plan.
