Job Description

(A Sales Manager is responsible for the sale of a business’ products or services in a specified region or geographical area).

  • Provides ongoing support to promote and distribute Good Bricks System.
  • Ensure and achieve profitable growth in sales, revenue through planning, execution and management of daily work.
  • Should be able to show a growth strategy.
  • Design a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and implement the plan to ensure its strong presence.
  • Build strong, long-lasting customer relationships and understand their needs.
  • Present sales, revenue and expenses report and realistic forecast.
  • Identify emerging market opportunity while being fully aware of the market situation and competition status
  • Thinking Strategically, seeing the bigger picture in order to develop and improve business.
  • Follow up with entrepreneur and brick kiln owner setting up meeting to communicate technology.
  • Identifying and mapping business strengths and customer needs.
  • Contacting potential clients to establish rapport, arrange meetings and ensure sales conversion.

Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Civil engineering or related field
  • A major in civil engineer is plus.
  • 5 + years of sales experience in sales.
  • Knowledge of construction and/or Brick materials will be more preferable.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Experience in setting sales goals.
  • Results-oriented with strong analytical skills.
  • Deep understanding of CRM systems and best practices.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to think creatively and innovatively.
  • Experience with leading and managing a team with a demonstrated ability to take initiative.
