Job Description

  • Bachelors / Masters Degree in any Business Discipline
  • Candidates with experience and sound knowledge of pathology and laboratory items shall be prioritize

Major Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate division performance and recommend new strategies for performance improvements
  • Address business inquiries from customers and team members in a professional manner
  • Recommend cost-reduction initiatives while maintaining productivity and quality
  • Provide guidance and supervision to team members and monitor their performance, discipline and attendance on regular basis
  • Provide pre-sales technical assistance and product education to the customers/distributors
  • Assist in the negotiation of contract agreement between the Company and customers/distributors
  • Maintain continuous customer/dealer follow-up on all proposals and forward all necessary additional information as required
  • Place telephone calls to customers/distributors to give follow-up information, make appointments, and aid in qualifying sales leads
  • Collaborate on creating short and long range sales planning consistent with the company goals and objectives
  • Review and report marketing leads to qualify prospective customers/distributors interested in Company products and services
  • Maintain a deep understanding of customer needs and monitor their preferences
  • Engage in key or targeted customer activities
  • Insure overall delivery and quality of the offerings (goods/service) to customers
  • Provide advanced negotiation expertise
  • Performing various tasks as assigned by the company director
