Job Description :
Planning, implementing and overseeing new business development initiatives.
Developing a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
Developing proposal, sales pitch, presentations and quotes for existing and prospective clients.
Following up new business opportunities and setting up meetings to communicate new product developments to prospective clients.
Increase conversion rates and drive marketing-qualified leads for our sales team.
Thinking strategically, seeing the bigger picture and setting aims and objectives in order to develop and improve the business.
Contacting potential clients to establish rapport, arrange meetings and ensure sales conversion.
Managing and leading the day to day operations of the department.
Increasing the value of current customers while identifying potential customers.
Keeping up with the current industry trends locally and internationally.
Reporting on successes and areas needing improvements
Identifying and mapping business strengths and customer needs
Researching business opportunities and viable income streams
Job Specification
Master’s degree in business, marketing or related field.
5 to 7 of years of experience in the sales, marketing or related field.
Strong communication, organizational and negotiation skills and IT fluency.
Ability to think creatively and innovatively.
Experience with leading and managing a team with a demonstrated ability to take initiative.
Experience with design and implementation of business development strategy.
