Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

He/she is responsible for sales network of Nepal
Develop a network of dealers and distributors in the assigned region and achieve the Sales target assigned to him/her
Liasoning with dealers and distributors to communicate and take commitment to sales targets set by the company
Relationship Management with regional employees
To provide dealer rating and credit-ability of dealers on regular basis
Conduct programs one or two times to encourage painters
To manage and maintain positive relationships with the client, distributor, painter as well as the media partners
Finds ways to sell products in the face of a down market
To provide regular information where necessary to assist with the compilation of reports to the management
To assist in the implementation of the marketing strategy with specific objectives and targets as decided by management
To supply sufficient information to the Country Sales Manager to enable effective budgetary control of specific areas of activity
Carry out coaching, mentoring and hand-holding for the team members and develop upon their required skill set

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than or equal to 3 years

Other Specification

Must have completed a Bachelor's Degree
Proven experience in related FMCG company for more than or equals to 3 years
Should possess a strong sense of work ethics
Smart with a good attitude and zeal to succeed and grow within the company
MS Office (MS Excel, MS PowerPoint)
Work under pressure
Adapts to change demonstrates energy, passion, enthusiasm and has positive attitude

Note: Must own bike and a valid driving Licence
