  • Sales development
  • Directing and coordinating travel activities
  • Developing tour packages
  • Planning travel itineraries for clients/ customers
  • Managing and supervising sales
  • Promoting and marketing the business, to new or niche markets
  • Selling travel products and tour packages
  • Dealing with customer inquiries and aiming to meet their expectations
  • Overseeing the smooth, efficient running of the business
  • Preparation of sales and performance reports of individual employee
  • Trained on inbound and inbound tours
