Education Level : Under Graduate (Bachelor)
Experience Required : More than or equal to 5 years
Age : More than 25 years
Other Specification
  • Must have completed Bachelors in commerce/Business/Management
  • Should have experience in FMCG/Service Industry preferred
  • Fluent in both Nepali and working knowledge in English
  • Sound knowledge of MS Office
  • Should be willing to travel intensively inside and outside Kathmandu valley
  • Should have very good communication skills
  • Should have patience and politeness while dealing with dealers
  • Should be confident and have influential personality
  • Should have a good knowledge of Internet and email
  • Capacity to handle minimum 10 to 20 people
  • Should be a license holder with own two wheeler

Job Description

  • Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
  • Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure it’s strong presence
  • Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives
  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
  • Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
  • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status

Offered Salary: Rs. 25,000+Incentive
