Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Lead – Mobile Gaming Platform to launch, scale, and drive growth for a cutting-edge mobile gaming platform, similar to MPL. This hybrid leadership role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of digital marketing, sales execution, and user growth in fast-paced environments. The ideal candidate will lead go-to-market initiatives, build high-performing teams, and drive revenue through innovative campaigns and strategic partnerships.

Location: Remote /On-Site Hybrid
Reports To: Head of Business Operations

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute high-impact go-to-market strategies targeting key segments: users, vendors, affiliates, and tournament sponsors.
  • Build and manage the entire sales function: lead generation, conversion workflows, CRM automation, and analytics.
  • Hire, train, and mentor a high-performance sales team; set and track KPIs to ensure aggressive revenue goals.
  • Guide creative strategy and content production for brand storytelling, game promotion, and community-building initiatives.
  • Identify and onboard strategic partners, sponsors, and vendors to enhance platform growth and reach.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product and operations teams to ensure alignment of sales activities with feature launches and platform updates.
  • Maintain and nurture relationships with key accounts, gaming influencers, and community leaders.
  • Oversee omnichannel marketing efforts: Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), influencer partnerships, SEO, and content platforms.
  • Leverage tools such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, and Appsflyer to optimize funnels and track user behavior.
  • Conduct A/B testing, performance analysis, and iterative strategy updates to ensure campaign effectiveness.
