Job Description

Lead Generation:

  • Assist in generating leads through various channels such as cold calling, email, campaigns, and networking events and daily customer visits.
  • Generate a specific number of qualified leads per months/quarter/year aligning to the sales Targets.
  • Increase the conversion rate of leads to sales by a certain percentage.
  • Expand the company reach by generating leads from new industries.
  • Qualify leads and schedule an appointment for the sales team based on predefined criteria.

Sales Support:

  • Support sales executives in preparing presentation, proposals and product demonstration for potential clients.
  • Assist in managing sales-related documents and CRM (Customer Relationship Management System).

Customer Engagement:

  • Participate in client meetings and presentations to understand customer needs and gather feedback.
  • Maintain regular communication with clients to provide updates and address inquiries.

Learning and Development:

  • Proactively seek opportunities to learn about sales techniques, product knowledge and industry best practices.
  • Participate in training sessions and workshops provided by the sales team or the organizations.

Market Research:

  • Conduct Research to identify potential clients and ,market trends related to BPO and document management solutions.
  • Analyze competitors offering and market dynamics to identify opportunities for differentiation.

Administrative Tasks:

  • Assist in administrative tasks such as preparing sales reports, updating sales forecasts, and organizing sales related documentations.
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of sales records and reports.
