Job Description

Reports To: Business Head / Managing Director

Position Overview

Purna Water, a premium bottled water brand processed from natural spring water under Brij Himalayan Spring Pvt. Ltd., is looking for an experienced and dynamic Sales Head to lead its overall sales and distribution strategy across Nepal. This role will be responsible for driving growth across all product categories (PET bottles, institutional supply, and private label), building a strong sales team, and ensuring Purna achieves sustainable market leadership.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Strategy & Business Growth

  • Develop and execute national sales strategy and targets aligned with company objectives.
  • Identify new market opportunities, channels, and partnerships to expand reach.
  • Drive revenue, market share, and profitability across all product segments.
  • Manage P&L accountability for sales and distribution functions.

Distribution & Channel Management

  • Build, strengthen, and manage distribution networks (distributors, dealers, institutional clients, corporate accounts).
  • Optimize route-to-market strategies, ensuring efficient coverage in urban, peri-urban, and rural areas.
  • Develop and implement credit policies, incentives, and loyalty programs for distributors and retailers.
  • Ensure jar circulation, PET supply chain, and on-time delivery through coordination with logistics.

Team Leadership & Development

  • Lead, motivate, and mentor a nationwide sales force (Sales Officers, Area Sales Managers, and DSRs).
  • Establish performance metrics, training programs, and incentive structures to maximize team productivity.
  • Foster a high-performance culture with accountability and results orientation.

Customer & Market Engagement

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, corporates, and institutional buyers.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to align brand campaigns with sales objectives.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and service excellence.

Data, Reporting & Insights

  • Drive data-driven decision making by implementing proper sales MIS, dashboards, and reporting mechanisms.
  • Track KPIs including sales volume, revenue, distribution depth, outlet coverage, and customer acquisition.
  • Provide regular insights to leadership on market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior.
