Job Description

Shuvam Group, a leader in the Trading-Export/Import/Merchandising industry, is seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Sales Head to join our team. As the Sales Head, you will be responsible for overseeing all sales operations, developing and implementing strategic sales plans, and driving business growth for the organization. 

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve organizational targets
  • Lead and manage a team of sales professionals, providing guidance and training to help them achieve their goals
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand our customer base
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
  • Analyze market trends and competitors' activities to identify potential threats and opportunities
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and finance, to ensure sales and business objectives are aligned
  • Conduct regular sales meetings and provide regular reports on sales performance to senior management
  • Stay updated with industry developments and changes to trade policies, and incorporate them into sales strategies
  • Utilize strong communication skills to negotiate and close deals with potential clients
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and make necessary adjustments to achieve sales targets
