Janakpur Refineries is seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Sales Head to lead our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies, managing a team of sales professionals, and driving revenue growth. The Sales Head will play a crucial role in expanding our market presence and achieving our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve company sales targets and objectives.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute effective sales campaigns.
Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team targets.
Provide training and development opportunities to enhance the skills and performance of the sales team.
Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company’s client base.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients.
Oversee the sales pipeline and ensure timely follow-up on leads and opportunities.
Monitor sales metrics and KPIs to track performance and make data-driven decisions.
Prepare regular sales reports and present findings to senior management.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective account management and customer service.
Address customer concerns and resolve issues in a timely manner.
Gather customer feedback and use it to improve products and services.

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Graduate (Masters)

Required Experience:More than or equal to 5 years

Other Specification

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred.
Proven experience as a Sales Head or in a similar senior sales position in food (Khadhyanna) Industry.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
In-depth knowledge of sales strategies and techniques.
Ability to analyze sales data and market trends.
Strong business acumen and strategic thinking abilities.
Experience in the refining or manufacturing industry.
Knowledge of international sales and export processes.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
