Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

Developing in-depth knowledge of company products.
Proactively identify new sales prospects though site visits, consultant meetings and using various social media domains.
Documenting the customer data and contact information (correct customer/ influencer) in the CRM.
Calling/meeting potential customers to explain company products and encourage purchases.
Answering customers' questions and escalating complex issues to the relevant departments as needed.
Developing and submitting quotation / proposal to the client using approved pricing tools.
Negotiating and re negotiating along with constant follow-up to meet the set sales target.
Maintaining full information of opportunities, tasks and visits, and keeping the sales funnel data up to date in the CRM.
Analyzing competitors' products to determine product features, benefits, shortfalls, and market success.
Handling client relations/issues across pre-sales and post sales.

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 2 years

Other Specification

Bachelor's degree in business administration, business management, marketing, or related field is preferred.
Proven 2-3 years of sales experience.
Must have two wheeler with valid license.
Sound knowledge of sales strategies and industry regulations.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent negotiation and consultative sales skills.
Effective communication skills.
Exceptional customer service skills.
