Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

Developing sales program for achieving target
Overseeing and conducting market research
Developing and implementing sales strategy and product knowledge
Make growth on existing area and penetrate the new area
Develop distribution Channel
Manage and monitor sales team
Provide timely feedback to the sales personnel regarding sales performance
Develop creative promotional strategic to attract more customers
Develop performance improvement plan for sales team to meet performance goals
Route planning for Junior sales team
Dealers visit every month making route

Note: Priorities will be given to local people.

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than or equal to 1 year

Other Specification

Must have completed Bachelors in commerce/Business/Management
Should have experience in manufacturing company
Fluent in both Nepali and English
Sound knowledge of MS Office
Should be willing to travel intensively
Should have very good communication skills
Should have patience and politeness while dealing with dealers
Should be confident and have influential personality
Should have a good knowledge of Internet and email
Should be a license holder with own two wheeler
