Education Level : Under Graduate (Bachelor)
Experience Required : More than or equal to 2 years
Other Specification
  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree (preference given to those in tourism field)
  • Must have one to two years of experience in similar position
  • Must have knowledge of MS Word, MS Outlook, Power Point and Excel
  • Must be fluent in Spanish and English speaking 
  • Must be a strong and effective communicator, both written and verbal, with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in computer skills using MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and Internet
  • Ability to ask the right questions and work independently, as well as maintain a positive working relationship with the team
  • Perform multiple tasks under tight deadlines without sacrificing quality or accuracy
  • Must be strong attention to detail and follow-through.

Job Description

  • Understanding clients need and providing the appropriate trip proposals
  • Organizing trip itineraries and modifying them as per the travelers needs
  • Preparing quotations for travelers
  • Regular follow up by emails and phone before closing the files
  • Update inquires data in system for regular sales and financial reports
  • Briefing and de-briefing the Spanish and English speaking travelers
  • Achieving sales target given by the Sales head
  • Provide smooth coordination with operation department
  • Implement the updated sales initiatives, strategies and programs
  • Maintaining harmonious and effective working relationships with our FIT clients and agents
