Role & Responsibilities

  • Fieldwork Focus: Travel to industrial hubs (Kathmandu, Birgunj, Bharatpur, etc.) to meet clients on-site.
  • Find Buyers: Target factories, construction firms, and fuel distributors needing oil/carbon black.
  • Build Relationships: Regular visits to clients for trust-building and repeat orders.
  • Close Deals: Negotiate prices, deliver product demos, and finalize contracts.
  • Report Insights: Share competitor updates and client feedback weekly.
  • Coordinate with Factory: Align production with sales demand.

You Need

  • B2B Sales Experience: Industrial, fuel, or recycling sectors preferred.
  • Strong Communicator: Persuasive in meetings and follow-ups.
  • Self-Driven: Meet monthly targets independently.
  • Travel Ready: Fieldwork is mandatory (80% of the role).
